1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using StandOS (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the Service.
3. Account Registration
To access certain features, you must create an account using your email address or through third-party authentication providers (Google or Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Use of the Service
You may use the Service for personal or professional purposes in compliance with applicable laws. You are responsible for safeguarding your device and accounts.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or yearly through Stripe, our payment processor. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You can cancel at any time; access remains until the end of the billing period. You may manage your subscription through the Stripe billing portal accessible from your account settings.
6. Third-Party Services
The Service uses third-party services including Firebase (for authentication and data storage) and Stripe (for payment processing). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service.
7. Acceptable Use
Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it to infringe upon the rights of others. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.
8. Intellectual Property
StandOS and its content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute parts of the Service without permission.
9. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be removed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
10. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential damages.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
